The 1st parachute skydive of the AFF is identical in terms of training for AFF complete but with only the first jump.
If you have the ambition to become skydiver but still have doubts, it is a good option with the possibility to continue then to complete the skydive course.

The first skydive you jump with two instructors with you to ensure your safety and you learn the basics of the fall.

You will need for the AFF course
• A medical certificate
• Have two days because we are dependent on the weather.
